1.There are two common situations:A.If you switched to another app (iOS users):Exit UB+ SEEK (swipe up to close it).Reopen the app — the update will resume automatically.B.If the update stops without switching apps:Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds (master reset).Exit and reopen UB+ SEEK.Follow the prompt to restart the firmware update.2.Important:During firmware updates, please stay inside the UB+ SEEK app. iOS restrictions prevent background updates and may interrupt the processHow do I perform a Master Reset on my speaker?To perform a Master Reset:Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds until the speaker restarts.
